HOW TO FILE YOUR ALSIDE WARRANTY CLAIM


You may submit your claim using either method below:

Option 1 — Online Submission (Recommended)

  1. Go to https://www.alside.com/

  2. Click Support at the top of the page

  3. Select Warranties

  4. Click Online Warranty Claims

  5. Create a free account or sign in

  6. Upload the following items: (A photo of the Issue & Copy of your CVS Contract)

  7. In the notes section, please write: “Please ship all replacement materials to the Alside Pittsburgh facility.”

  8. Submit your claim

Option 2 — File by Phone

If you prefer not to use the online system:

Call Alside Warranty Department: +1-800-489-1144

They may request that you email your photos and contract after the call.

Attached in this email is an example of the page where Alside may request proof of home ownership andwindow purchase information.

Next Steps After Approval

Alside will ship the replacement materials to their Pittsburgh warehouse.

Once you receive confirmation that your items have arrived, please call us at: +1-800-860-8622

When Alside Pittsburgh contacts you to notify that your parts have arrived, please inform them that you are a CVS Windows & Siding customer.

We will then schedule delivery and installation of all warranty materials.
